Versioning and Releases

At Tasheel, our components adhere to the Semantic Versioning standard, utilizing the MAJOR.MINOR. PATCH format to clearly define version numbers. This approach ensures consistency and transparency in the release of updates and enhancements.
MAJOR version can make incompatible API changes.
MINOR version can add functionality in a backward-compatible manner.
PATCH version can make backward-compatible bug fixes.

 
 

Standard Support Period

Tasheel offers a standard support period ranging from 6 to 24 months for our enterprise customers, ensuring that at least the last minor releases are fully supported with patch updates. Patch releases are provided on a best-effort basis for all currently supported versions, maintaining reliability and stability across our platform.

At Tasheel, we are committed to delivering enhancements and bug fixes as efficiently as possible, while providing exceptional support for our platform across various environments. However, as new versions of databases, web browsers, and other technologies are released, the complexity of maintaining support for multiple environments increases significantly. This can impact our ability to deliver the high level of support our customers expect. As a result, we no longer support environments that have reached end-of-life by their respective vendors or outdated versions that are no longer widely used. This ensures we can focus on delivering optimal performance and reliability.
